Product Use

The Vendor Tap is a 3D-printed NFC stand designed for small-business use, including vendor markets, retail counters, craft fairs, and personal business displays. By purchasing this product, you agree to use the Vendor Hub responsibly and for lawful purposes only.

Customization

Customers may select base color, accent color, NFC icon style, and provide a logo for optional customization. Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences, filament batches, lighting conditions, or 3D-printing characteristics. Logo files must be provided in a clear, high-resolution format. Once production begins, customization requests cannot be changed.

Programming & NFC Functionality

The Vendor Tap includes an NFC tag that customers may program using a third-party NFC app. The buyer is responsible for programming the tag and ensuring the accuracy of all linked information.
Compatibility may vary depending on the customer’s device; most modern smartphones support NFC, but the seller is not responsible for limitations related to individual devices or operating systems.

3D-Printed Nature

Each Vendor Tap is 3D-printed in-house. Minor variations, surface texture differences, or layer lines are natural characteristics of 3D-printed products and do not qualify as defects.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each Vendor Tap is made to order and may include customized colors or branding, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once printing has started.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact the seller with photos within 48 hours of delivery to request assistance.

Warranty

Vendor Tap is provided “as is” without a formal warranty. However, if a structural defect or production error is identified within 30 days of receiving the product, the seller may offer a repair or replacement at their discretion. Damage caused by misuse, drops, liquids, reprogramming errors, improper storage, or modifications is not covered.

Safety & Handling

The Vendor Tap should be kept away from extreme heat, direct flames, or prolonged sunlight, as 3D-printed materials may warp under high temperatures. Keep out of reach of small children.

Intellectual Property

The Vendor Tap design, branding, and product materials are the intellectual property of the seller. Custom logos provided by the buyer remain the property of the buyer and are only used for the sole purpose of creating the customized product.

Privacy

Any personal data shared for customization (such as logo files or business information) will only be used to fulfill the order and will not be shared or sold.

Limitation of Liability

The seller is not responsible for any losses related to NFC programming, incorrect links, missed transactions, or customer device incompatibility. Use of this product is at the buyer’s discretion and risk.
